Digital Marketing Services – 3-Month Contract

Position Overview:

Aseniwuche Development Corporation (ADC) is seeking a self-employed digital marketing specialist or digital marketing company to support the development and promotion of ADC Welding & Fabrication.The primary focus of this engagement will be building and maintaining a professional Facebook presence that showcases our welding and fabrication capabilities, projects, people, and services and helps us reach potential customers.

Contract Details

• Contract term: 3 months
• Time commitment: Approximately 25–30 hours per month
• Budget: Approximately $1,000 per month
• Total contract value: Approximately $3,000
• Engagement: Independent contractor or digital marketing company
• Schedule: Flexible, with some on-site work required for photography and video content

Duties:

The successful contractor will be expected to:

• Develop a three-month digital marketing and content plan for ADC Welding & Fabrication.
• Develop and maintain the ADC Welding & Fabrication Facebook page.
• Create and maintain a regular posting schedule.
• Visit our operations as required to take high-quality photos and videos of welding, fabrication, equipment, employees, projects, and completed work.
• Write engaging and professional captions and promotional content.
• Create and edit short-form video content.
• Showcase ADC Welding & Fabrication’s capabilities, services, completed projects, and people.
• Help build a relevant Facebook audience, particularly potential commercial and industrial customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase awareness and generate inquiries for welding and fabrication services.
• Monitor Facebook performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and other relevant metrics.
• Provide a brief monthly performance summary and recommendations.
• Provide a final summary of results and recommendations at the end of the three-month engagement.

Qualifications:

We are interested in working with an individual or a company that has:

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Experience managing Facebook business pages.
• Strong photography and video-content skills.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Photo and video editing capabilities.
• The ability to work independently and proactively generate content ideas.
• Experience marketing industrial, construction, welding, trades, or B2B services would be an asset.
